Projects
At CESD, we have embarked on some projects and programs that have contemporary relevance, are aligned to our to our organizational goals and will facilitate sustainable development in Nigeria and sub-Sahara Africa. Some of them are as follows:
Reform of PPP and PPIP in Nigeria and sub-Sahara Africa – Center for Ethics and Sustainable Development (CESD) aspires to provide thought leadership on sustainable PPP and PPIP concepts and practice in Nigeria and sub-Sahara Africa by advocating for the adoption of PPIP as a viable model for infrastructural development.
CESD proposes a review of existing frameworks, and the incorporation of essential elements of sustainability in order for this financial model to yield its desired dividend. We seek to collaborate with industry practitioners, MDAs, regulatory bodies to build capacity, strategize on how to bridge the existing infrastructural gaps through PPIP
On February 10, 2016, CESD held a focus group discussion at the Center for Public Policy Alternatives on the necessity and potentials of the reform of PPIP in Nigeria.
