- To advocate Infrastructural development through Public-Private Infrastructure Partnership (PPIP), incorporating GESI and Sustainability initiatives
- To conduct Environmental and Social Impact Assessment of Projects/Programs such as Infrastructure delivery, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects, Wealth creation and empowerment initiatives
- To advocate Social development through the promotion of social inclusion, social cohesion, transparency and accountability in governance
- To advance Human development through training and capacity building
- To accumulate, evaluate and disseminate data on health, education, infrastructure and standard of living structures
- To accomplish this in a dis-aggregated format through the lenses of geographical location, gender and ethnicity
